will and katie met in May 2021 at their church, where they both serve and attend. they got engaged at Bayfront Park in Sarasota. His parents went up to Illinois to get the ring, and it was a total surprise to katie!

they love serving together at church, trying new restaurants, watching Criminal Minds, and spending time with their friends and family.

It’s so easy to get along with these two because they are easy going, fun, and enjoy just being together! we decided to do their engagement photos on gasparilla island because there are so many beautiful, unique spots there!

banyon street is one of my favorite photo locations and their cute town library is pink and tropical! we headed to the lighthouse and beach at the end of their session and katie made a quick dress change.
